How do you hire and screen your Driver/Chauffeurs?

At Jaylyn, we understand the sensitivity of the trust and confidentiality of our clients. All our drivers are verified, background checked and professionally trained. Unqualified candidates are eliminated early in the screening. Give us a try and enjoy a comfortable ride with us!

When can I get my driver’s details?

The driver’s details will be shared with you through SMS and email one hour prior to your pickup time. For example, if you are booking is at 5:00 PM, you will receive the driver’s details no later than 4:00 PM.

What is the pricing?

Our charges are different from ride-to-ride. Go to the packages page to get more details or book your personal driver on the web or over the phone.

What is the earliest I should make a reservation with JayLyn?

You may make your reservation anytime. We are open 24×7 and our system automatically arranges chauffeurs for you.

Can you offer customized driving package?

We are on-demand chauffeur services. You can book for any place, at any time. We are offering 5 driving packages. Click here to know more about the packages. You can talk to our representative to get your own customized driving experience.

Can you get out of station rides with JayLyn?

We do not limit ourselves to Houston only. We are available for cross-city and cross-state events. Call JayLyn Professional Driving Service today to book your ride.

How can I edit my existing booking?

To edit a ride, call us 678-365-1578 at least two hours before the scheduled pickup time

Can I make round-trip booking with JayLyn?

JayLyn Professional Chauffeurs specialize in inter-city transportation and focuses specifically on providing quality service at fair prices. You can make a reservation for one-way, round-trip or multi-city trips.

The driver overcharged me during the trip? How can you help me?

Please send the details of your entire experience. Our Customer representative will get assist and help you to address the situation expediently.

Will JayLyn drivers take detour per our request?

We are delighted to support your request for additional pickup, drops or stopovers. However, there will be additional charges to these requests. Please contact our customer care to get more information on this.

How can I cancel my booking with JayLyn?

We need at least 24 hours notice to cancel any trip.

How can I receive the bill/ receipt for my trip?

Bills/Invoices are automatically generated and sent to you by email for each trip that you complete with us.
